Here is a short review of each place we've been to:
Toronto: This is a fun vibrant city, with a lot to offer! The typical choice is to see the CN tower (which is fun), but a great place to go is "Kensington market", there's a ton of really cool things to check out, and tons of different food options to choose from. Muskoka: Cottage country is gorgeous, my favourite thing to do is swim, and kayak! I know there are places to rent canoes, and kayaks and even stand-Up paddle boards. British Columbia: This province is absolutely gorgeous, if you go to Vancouver (which is where I was), visiting "Capilano Suspension Bridge" was a frightening but fun attraction to visit. San Francisco: We stayed in a bit of a sketchy area, so my best suggestion is to read reviews of the hotel you are staying at, and if you have the time I 100% recommend that you go to Alcatraz and take a tour. This hands down was one of my top 5 favourite moments on the trip! |
Los Angeles: What you see is what you get, you'll go to the "Hollywood walk of fame" and take many photos of things that you don't really need, but in that moment you'll get wrapped up in the enticing movie star scene.
Las Vegas: Until you're 21 years of age, do not come here! It definitely won't be as fun, unless you're of age. This is the "adult" version of Disney World. This is a very fun place. New Orleans: Such a delicious place! Everything you hope and want in terms of food was fulfilled for sure. I had the best chicken gumbo, fried chicken and po' boy sandwiches that are all traditional Louisiana foods. Miami: I actually didn't enjoy Miami, I found that the people were very judgmental, and all they cared about was getting your money both from retail and from restaurants along the beach New York City: This truly is the city that never sleeps! It's true if you're hungry at 3 in the morning, there will be places to eat! |
